Tottenham vs Manchester City Preview
Manchester City head to North London to take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup fourth round on Wednesday night, with the Cityzens looking to extend their five-game winning run across all competitions.
Pep Guardiola’s side played out a narrow 1-0 win over Southampton on Saturday, the sole goal coming courtesy of Erling Haaland, which propelled the reigning champions back to the top of the Premier League table after Liverpool and Arsenal both dropped points on Sunday.
City booked their place in the fourth round with a 2-1 win over Watford towards the end of September, while Spurs came from behind to beat Championship side Coventry late on in their third round fixture.

Postecoglou is short for options across his front line, with Heung-min Son still out with a thigh injury alongside Wilson Odobert, while Mikey Moore is likely to be rested after starting two games in the space of a week.
Richarlison is an option to make his first start since August, however Dominic Solanke looks likely to lead the line, supported on the wings by Timo Werner and Brennan Johnson.
Djed Spence also remains a doubt as he is still yet to fully recover from his groin injury.

Tottenham vs Manchester City Prediction
Despite boasting a poor record at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium historically, Manchester City have turned their fortunes around in North London as of late, prevailling in each of their last two matches at Spurs’ home.
We at SportsCasting are backing Guardiola’s men to extend their winning record away at Tottenham to three consecutive matches on Wednesday, while the UK’s best football betting sites are narrowly favouring the hosts.
Even with a rotated side, City are still likely to field Phil Foden, Savinho, Ilkay Gundogan and Matheus Nunes, and their quality will surely shine through and provide enough for the visitors to outdo a Spurs side who are still stinging after their defeat to Palace at the weekend.
Prediction: Tottenham 1-2 Manchester City
